Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality real estate services that meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the procedures for requesting a refund. This policy applies to all clients engaging in property transactions, services, or related activities within Abeokuta, Ogun State.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Service Fees: If you have paid for a service (such as property management, consultation, or inspection fees) and Full Circle Realtor is unable to deliver the service as agreed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

• Property Deposits: Refunds on property deposits may be considered if a transaction falls through due to issues on the part of the seller, developer, or landlord, provided that you are not at fault and that the circumstances meet the terms of the initial agreement.

• Land Purchases: For land purchases, refunds may be granted if there is a proven discrepancy in the land size, boundary, or title that cannot be resolved, and the client chooses not to proceed with the purchase.

2.Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are generally non-refundable:

• Administrative Fees: Any administrative or processing fees associated with property transactions are non-refundable.

• Legal Fees: Fees paid to third-party legal services for contract preparation, title verification, or other legal work are non-refundable.

• Inspection Fees: Fees paid for property inspections are non-refundable once the inspection has been conducted.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Submit a Request: Contact Full Circle Realtor within 7 days of the issue arising. You can submit a refund request by phone, email, or in person at our office.

• Provide Documentation: You may be required to provide documentation to support your refund request. This could include receipts, contracts, proof of payment, or other relevant documents.

• Review Process: Once your request is received, our team will review it within 3 days. During this time, we may contact you for additional information or clarification.

4. Refund Decisions

• Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued using the original method of payment or another agreed-upon method.

• Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only a portion of the service was completed or if there were non-refundable costs involved.

• Denial: If your refund request is denied, you will be provided with an explanation of the decision. Refund requests may be denied if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or if the services were satisfactorily delivered.

5. Cancellation of Transactions

If you wish to cancel a transaction or service, please notify Full Circle Realtor as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your agreement with us and may result in forfeiture of certain fees.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, Full Circle Realtor may consider refunds outside of the standard policy due to exceptional circumstances. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
